Absolute Zero
On the Mission Selection screen type in the quote from the author of the scenario you are currently ON. (The quotes can be found in the Credit's screen (not the job title, the quote) and the author can be found in the Addendum.) Punctuation and capitalization are not required, and neither is spacing, but spelling DOES count :)
Abuse
Level 00 contains a bazooka, and a level warp.
First, the bazooka. At one point in the level, there is a pit, which you have to jump down. You can jump across it, and onto a small ledge, but that seems pointless, until you shoot the wall right next to it a few times. Teleport, and you'll find a small area with a couple of missiles, and several grenades.
Second, after the save game console, the ceiling looks a bit weak. Shoot the weak part, and then the section right next to it. It takes a couple shots, but the up arrow has to be completely visible for this to work.
Jump up into the up arrow, and hold down left. Go into the tunnel, and you'll see 3 level end teleporters. The first is Level 01, second is Level 02, and third is Level 03.
If you go past the level jump area, you can get more ammo.Just before you jump down to the teleporter which takes you to the first level, destroy the floor. Fall down and run using powerup. This is very hard to do on higher difficulties due to the lava on the floor in the tunnel.
Start a new game with the editing mode on (make sure the mouse is on the screen) press Shift-Z, and you get all the guns and total invincibility
Afterlife
To get 10 million pennies type $@! Don't do it more than 5 times or else the Deathstar will zap your Afterlife.
To get the hidden "Bad Thing" type SAMNMAX 3 times in Caps. the hidden thing is a Max the Bunny
Al Unser's Jr Arcade Racing Demo
To play extra tracks in the 'Al Unser Demo' open the 'DATA' folder and you should see three 'ROAD...' files. Rename 'ROAD131' to 'ROADXXX' and change one of the other 'ROAD' files to 'ROAD131'.
Allied General
There is a bug in the game that allows you to place your purchase units anywhere on the board. All you have to do is after you select your unit and hit the Buy button is before you place the unit,hit the save key. This will allow you to place the unit anywhere your units can see.
Alone In The Dark Demo
When you see the picture of the armadillo press space bar over and over until you're playing.

Burning Rubber
When you enter the game and it comes up to main menu 'hold' option and click start. This will give you a selection of any level you want.
Buried in Time
You can adjust your saved games to add objects you haven't got, for example: you need a translation-biochip to be able to read the strange languages.
How it works?
1) Save your game.
2) Go to the Finder.
3) Open up the save game with Teach Text.
4) Scroll the text till you see "inventory list" add the name of the object you need.
(P.S. you can find the names of the objects by looking in the folder "picons24bit". There are all the names and pictures of the objects in the game! Just copy the name and enter it just like the other ones!)
5) Save the document.
6) Open the game again.
7) Open your adjusted saved game.
If you take a hard study on the other texts in your
saved game, you can adjust more things. example: "ghints3"
adjust to "ghints0"
Civilization
When playing at the higher levels start out as the Romans- you'll usually be given two settlers units to start the game with. Found a city with one and use the the other for exploration. If you come across another civilization early in the game use this second settlers unit to attack- I've defeated two cities right off the bat like this (at Emp. lvl.).
Colonization
Hold down the control key and type WIN. You'll call up a new "cheats" menu. You'll be able to create additional units, destroy tribes, and a lot more.

Dark Castle
Just as you start to go up or down a set of stairs, hold down the 'duck' key. At the end of the staircase, you'll be walking approx. three feet off the ground, in game terms. This requires some careful timing, so it may take a few tries. Be careful, though;
you still can't walk off ledges safely You can avoid rats and still pick stuff up, however.
It is well known that the shield only lasts for about 8 seconds. To make the most out of it, hit the shield key quickly and repeatedly. This allows one to stand in one spot while the 'nasties' pass thru.
Set your computer date to Friday 13th, load Dark Castle and get a pleasant surprise.
To receive 50 lives type in DARKDEATH in capitals at any time when you're using the helicopter.

Hereos Of Might And Magic I
Here are a few good tips:
1) HOMM1 is a game where you have to get units, make buildings to get units to kill things so get as many easy available resourses as quickly as possible so you get your units first.
2) Don't rely on one huge hero to do all the work for you. It is usually better to have 2 heroes of the same size at once.
3) Never rely on the computor to do your work for you. As we all know that the computer is about as smart my pet goldfish.
4) Sometimes it is good to have a few heroes that stay around the barracks. They can get back the mines that the comp steals, kill comp heroes that are annoying you and fight for your castle when they need to.A hero is sometimes the diffence between wins and losses in castle battles.
5) When versing another player don't use strategy or you will lose!!
6) Don't hog all the experience points of treasure-chests. After say 10,000 points develop your hero by attacking nuetrals or castles and other heroes, or even just take the gold because you can never have too much gold.
7) Your enemy's bad fortune is your good fortune.The Fizzbin Medal of Misfortune is just the thing to stick on that final non-moving enemy in a campaign-scenario.
8) Ogres and hydras are really good for putting in castles rather than your hero. They slow you down a lot and are almost invincible in castles.
9) Use hydra to become a ghost hunter. They are by far the best thing to use. Their multiple attacks high hits points plus the enemy can't retaliate to there attacks. The ghost ships are a good source of money and artifacts.
10) Finally you can never open and save a game too often. The wonders of autosave have helped me many a time. I have achieved the score of 202 on a standard game on the level dragon pass which is the rating of a dragon. I yet know anyone to beat this but I had to re-open many times. It took me half an hour to get through one week, and to everyone who thinks that the knights are crap, i started of as knights in that game.
Jetpack
In The Reactor, go straight up to find the key. Then when you drop back down, try to keep in the middle of the level. That way you land almost exactly in the lift and you save time, which gives you more of a bonus, which can give you another life. Also, if you aren't good at dodging fireballs, practice on The Reactor instead of Fireball Hall.
King's Quest VI
Here's how to get through the catacombs:
Walk N,N,E,E,N-pick up skull, S,W,W,N,W-step on rose to the right, rose diagonally left, rose diagonally left, scythe to the right, crown to right, dove diagonally right, skull diagonally left, blank left. To open the large door in the castle basement: Talk to it, then enter ALIZEBU.
Here's how to scale the cliffs of knowledge:
1st: Hand on 'r' in 'ignorance', 'i' in 'kills', 's' in 'wisdom', second 'e' in 'elevates'.
2nd: Use guidebook to enter symbols for S, O, A and R
3rd: Push 4th circle, 1st circle, then 2nd circle.

To get the magic book from the library, get the creature from the island of the Beast. then go to the Island of the myst and give it to the book worm he will then give you a book. Then read the book. get the page from the spider web, 1st pull the lose thread, then grab the page. Then all you have to do is goto the Island of the Crown and give it to the Book Merchant.

Do it again, as many times as you want.Another copy of the item will be in the store's inventory.If you want it, you'll have to buy it... but hey, with unlimited cash, why not?
If you want to never die when ever a character dies just press command m (Modify party) and change the dead character!!!!
To defeat the guys in spider tower all you have to do is kill the two enemy wizards with arrows or something. The spiders there will then leave you alone and you'll get heaps
of stuff from the king.Go back and explore into the other rooms, kill the spiders pull the lever. do this to every room and it will open a secret passage with a coffin. Go to the coffin and kill about 50 vixies spiders and you'll get the belt of strength and a polymorph thing.Near the tower there is a secret cave where the widow of the web is.

There is the well-known trick of holding down the shift key and typing the word 'fund' to get $10,000. If this is repeated too many times, an earthquake results. Don't want a earth quake? When you reload your saved saved game, you won't.
SimCity 2000
In SC2k version 1.0, typing "porn tips guzz ardo" gives you 500,000 dollars and all prizes except the military base.
In the first year of a new city type fund, take the bond at 25%, type fund again, take the bond, then go to the budget window and issue a regular bond. IT should offer you a bond for .% Then repay the two 25% bonds. Around 1.5 mill. *a year* is yours.
Try typing in USPA87419 to see a skydiver on the screen.Others to try are 'joke' and 'vers'...

When creating the first lobby, push option and the mouse button to make it a double decker.
Before clicking on anything else, select a lobby and using the scroll bars, go to the bottom most side of the left screen and click once. BOOM! $4,000,000!
Hold down control, option, shift when building the first bit of lobby to make it three storry. you can also make three story stairs and escalators this way.

Shoot a spinner at a Teleport gate, go through and warp 5 levels ahead. I did this in Spectre VR CD, but may work in the other versions.
If you drive around in a circle they cannot shoot you!
Starflight II
Take out your Starflight map. Look at the bottom in the middle. See the 4 stars in the arrow shape. 1 of them has Nidberries. Get some. Check out the Dweenie. You'll be well rewarded.
Better find a mining probe too. From your home planet go East young spaceperson. Underneath the Cloud Nebula you will see another yellow/green -- no shields zone -- take a peek in the middle of this cloud. Remember when you land that this is NOT a friendly planet. Find the ruins. Grab the goodies.
Swoop
While in the menu screen, hit W to choose which wave you want to begin with (1 to 10).
Hit Command M (or the space bar) to change the background music.
Hit X to bring up random quotes such as "Dekard was a replicant"
Syndicate
Type the following the to get unlimited money, energy, and all the weapons you would ever want in Syndicate.

The Daedalus Encounter
Many times, you must do an analysis on an object to get into a puzzle. Always try different things at different times if something doesn't work. Listen to everything.
To get into the ship at the beginning of the game, use your laser to set off the booby trap. You will explode the ship, and your own probe. At this point, you must reload the game from a previoius save point, and try it again. It may seem frustrating at first, but if you keep it up, you will be able to repeat it many times with ease!
Theme Park
Start a new game. For your nickname, type in HORZA. In the game use C to get cash, Shift-Z, Ctrl-Z, Alt-Z to get all rides, all shops, etc
Triazzle
After you have chosen a new board and the solution comes up, DON'T BLINDLY CLICK THE MOUSE! Push command-shift-3 to take a screenshot of the puzzle. Go back to Finder and open Picture 1 to see the solution again. Simply go back and forth and solve the puzzle.
War Craft
Warcraft has a master code that is required to enable any other codes.
To enable this, first press ENTER, then CORWIN OF AMBER.Press Enter Again and type any of these codes and your on... NOTE: On the two player game cheat mode is enabled for both when used.
ORCx OR HUMANx
By typing either ORC or HUMAN followed by a number from 1 to 12, this cheat will immediately jump you to that scenarioin the campaighn.
